A Day in the Life
As a Buyer in our Operations LATAM team, you’ll report to the Purchasing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our dermatological product portfolio. This is your chance to take ownership, drive impactful projects, and collaborate with diverse teams and suppliers to deliver excellence.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Analyze and Strategize: Capture and analyze data to support purchasing decisions, ensuring alignment with category strategies and business goals.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of market trends, identify opportunities, and propose innovative actions to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Cost Optimization: Dive deep into supplier cost structures, identify cost drivers, and implement action plans to maximize value.
- Build Relationships: Select and manage suppliers, communicate clear expectations, and contribute to supplier business reviews to ensure alignment with performance and quality standards.
- Negotiate and Innovate: Prepare and execute negotiations using advanced tools and techniques, while managing purchasing projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
We Are Looking For
You’re a great match if you have:
- Skills: Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Negotiation, Stakeholder Management, and Proactivity.
- Experience: Proven experience in direct purchasing.
- Languages: Native Spanish and advanced English.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, engineering, or a related field.
