Summer Intern: Brand Marketing & Event Support (Valentino & Giorgio Armani) — L'Oréal Luxe

Join our 3-month summer internship program (July – September) in the marketing and brand team of L'Oréal Luxe! We are looking for a true "Doer" – a well-organized and action-oriented person who wants to get hands-on experience in brand management and see the real-life results of their work through prestige events and campaigns for legendary Italian brands: Valentino & Giorgio Armani.
Key Responsibilities & Projects:
• Your Main Cross-Department Project (Big Accomplishment): Take part in executing one major, high-visibility project that connects our commercial team (Sales) with the business unit of Valentino and Giorgio Armani. This will be your main highlight to proudly feature in your CV!
• Brand Activations Support: Actively support the execution of promotional plans and trade activations for the upcoming months. This includes daily, close collaboration with the sales team and the Merchandising team (who ensure our products look stunning on perfumery shelves for our consumers.
• Luxury Event & Marketing Support: Assist with the operational setup of our brand events. You will stay in contact with the Event Manager, help organize schedules, and ensure that the right amount of products (stock) and promotional materials are secured on time for each event.

• A real "Doer" – you love taking action, solving daily tasks, and you find satisfaction in delivering projects and seeing immediate results.
• Comfortable with the basics of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – that is more than enough, we will teach you the rest!
• Consistently accurate and reliable, with an appetite for learning how brand marketing and luxury events function behind the scenes.
• A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working with different teams and stakeholders (English required)
• Open for a full-time job for 3 months (July, August, September).
