A Day in the Life

As the Brand Business Leader for the iconic L'Oréal Paris brand, you will report to the Marketing Director and be the driving force behind the Skincare & Mens category’s success in the Australia & New Zealand market. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, taking full ownership of the brand's vision, strategy, and performance.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Defining and executing the local brand strategy to accelerate growth, managing the P&L, and driving market share.
  • Team Development: Mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Brand Activation: Overseeing the development of engaging campaigns, content, digital and retail activations that connect with Australian & New Zealand consumers and amplify brand equity.
  • Consumer Centricity: Championing consumer insights to ensure all marketing activities are relevant, impactful, and resonate with the local audience.

We are seeking a commercially minded and inspiring leader with a proven ability to build brands and develop people. You are a strategic thinker who can translate global vision into local success.

 

You are a great match if you have:

  • Brand Management: Demonstrated experience in building and managing a brand's strategy, equity, and market presence.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive profitability.
  • Marketing Strategy: Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Consumer Insights: A deep curiosity for understanding consumer behaviour and translating insights into effective strategies.
