My Mission: My mission is to captivate consumers, inspire endorsements, and drive purchase by positioning our brand as a top contender. 
I achieve this by cultivating strong relationships with celebrities, brand spokespersons, and influencers to enhance brand awareness and consideration. Furthermore, I lead comprehensive consumer engagement and social commerce initiatives to foster significant business growth.


My Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and maintain close relationships with brand Spokespersons and Influencers, overseeing their interactions to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive influencer activities for both Megabrand Initiatives and category-specific activations.
  • Implement strategies that consistently prioritize the consumer experience at the core of all advocacy and engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize Social Listening as a key method and essential resource to capture trends and extract insights from consumer discussions and mentions, leveraging them for both Paid and Earned Advocacy efforts and to guide overall brand activities.
  • Develop and carry out brand initiatives within various Consumer Advocacy areas, including Public Relations, Ratings & Reviews, Seedlings, Social Media, and brand Eventing.
  • Monitor and evaluate the brand's image as perceived in consumer mentions within the relevant category.
  • Plan and execute brand activations within the realm of Social Commerce, driving engagement and sales.
  • Oversee the brand's presence and foster user engagement on specific platforms, such as the Beauty colLAB app.
  • Gather first-party consumer data through diverse consumer advocacy-related activities.


Our requirements: 

  • Around 3 years of experience on position related to advocacy, communication, Social Media or influencer marketing is highly appreciated.
  • High interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, taking initiative to identify and resolve challenges.
  • Knowledge of current trends in the beauty world and influencer campaigns is highly appreciated.
  • Being passionate about makeup, deep knowledge of the products and consumer trends is highly appreciated.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must.

  • Brand Engagement Index (OneGlobe).
  • Market Shares.
  • Share of Influence + Share of Engagement.
  • Share of Conversations.

Your Key Stakeholders:

  • Brand Teams: BBLs, Brand Managers, EBMs, DEMs
  • CDMO: Head of Advocacy
  • E-com: E-com Eventing Manager.
