A Day in the Life
As a Assistant Key Account Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be the key link between L’Oréal and our retail partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational excellence; you’ll work cross-functionally with Commercial, Planning, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to deliver superior customer satisfaction and cost optimization across the End-to-End supply chain.  

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Building Collaborative Partnerships: Manage customer supply chain relationships, lead monthly meetings with retail partners, and align on demand, service levels, and stock in trade.  
• Driving Operational Excellence: Propose orders, maximize availability, and ensure best-in-class launch and promotional execution.  
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze shortage causes, propose actions, and lead in-house reporting on key metrics like Stock In-Trade and Sellout.  
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Share critical information on cruising products, promotions, and launches while ensuring process alignment between customers and internal teams.  
• Delivering Results: Improve Key Supply Chain Metrics (Service Level, ISA, OTIF, SIT, Market Returns) and lead collaboration projects to enhance customer satisfaction.

We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:  

• Have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain role, demand planning, or similar (FMCG preferred).  
• Possess strong analytical, forecasting, and planning skills with a solid business acumen.  
• Excel at relationship management and stakeholder collaboration.  
• Bring deep knowledge of Excel (mandatory), with experience in SAP and PowerBI as a plus.  
• Are a problem-solver with excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
