A Day in the Life
As the Armani Counter Manager at Myer Sydney CBD, you will lead a team of Beauty Advisors to create unforgettable luxury experiences for every client. Reporting to the [e.g., Area Manager], you will be the driving force behind the counter's success, embodying the timeless elegance and natural sophistication of the Armani brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership & Development: Coach, motivate, and develop your team to become true Armani brand ambassadors, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
- Business Management: Drive retail sales performance across all categories (fragrance, makeup, and skincare). You will manage the counter's P&L, control stock levels, and analyse business results to identify growth opportunities.
- Client Experience Excellence: Cultivate a loyal client base by ensuring every interaction is personalised and reflects the highest standards of luxury service.
- Operational Execution: Oversee all daily counter operations, ensuring flawless execution of brand animations, product launches, and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain the premium Armani image.

- Consumer Centricity: A deep understanding of the luxury consumer and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Operational Effectiveness: Strong organisational skills to manage counter operations, inventory, and reporting efficiently.
- Brand & Product Expertise: A genuine interest in the Armani brand, its philosophy of understated luxury, and its products, with an ability to share that with clients and your team.
