A Day in the Life

As the Armani Counter Manager at Myer Sydney CBD, you will lead a team of Beauty Advisors to create unforgettable luxury experiences for every client. Reporting to the [e.g., Area Manager], you will be the driving force behind the counter's success, embodying the timeless elegance and natural sophistication of the Armani brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership & Development: Coach, motivate, and develop your team to become true Armani brand ambassadors, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Business Management: Drive retail sales performance across all categories (fragrance, makeup, and skincare). You will manage the counter's P&L, control stock levels, and analyse business results to identify growth opportunities.
• Client Experience Excellence: Cultivate a loyal client base by ensuring every interaction is personalised and reflects the highest standards of luxury service.
• Operational Execution: Oversee all daily counter operations, ensuring flawless execution of brand animations, product launches, and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain the premium Armani image.

• Retail & Business Acumen: A proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and achieve retail targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Consumer Centricity: A deep understanding of the luxury consumer and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Operational Effectiveness: Strong organisational skills to manage counter operations, inventory, and reporting efficiently.
