Role purpose 

We currently seek a dedicated and passionate Store Manager to work Full Time in our Melbourne Airport Counter in a prime location within the international terminal. The successful applicant will have flexible availability, and may be required to work weekends. 

In this role, you will be directly employed by Lotte Duty Free. Established in 1980, the world’s third largest duty free retailer, operating 20 duty free stores, across 11 international airports. With over 40 years of experience, Lotte is passionate about offering exceptional customer service to travelers from around the world.  

 
As we are located in a dynamic airport environment, we operate on a rotating roster with potential late-night finishes and early starts.

To be successful, you will have: 

• Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
• Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes
• History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
• Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all
• Open mindset and deep curiosity seeking to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
• Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories (advantageous)
