A Day in the life 

 

 As the Advocacy & Influence Manager you will lead the planning, developing, designing, and managing of social interactions and brand engagement for La Roche-Posay to increase brand exposure and strengthen brand image with influencers, consumers and health care professionals.

 

Your primary goal will be to increase the brands’ share of influence and engagement (SOI) as well as continue to build on its desirability and brand equity as the most recommended brand by Dermatologists worldwide. You will do this by: Increasing brand awareness, generate brand love, and maximizing brand reach across Canada.

 

BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Develop the brand image, strengthen its visibility, and perpetuate its reputation at the local level.
  • Build and implement a 360 ° external communication strategy consistent with the brand's international communication strategy 
  • Orchestrate integrated communication campaigns on major launches and brand events 
  • Define and manage an internal communication plan consistent with the external communication plan
  • Promote the brand internally, promote its launches, and news releases – be the #1 sponsor of new launches
  • Be TREND FOCUSED and BE AT THE TOP OF ALL TRENDS – have the ability to think of creative campaigns. Advanced in trends and understanding what are the macro and micro-online trends that the brand can / should leverage. Full fluency in executing in managing TikTok and Instagram influencer (paid and earned) content. Experience in previous campaign management is ideal.
  • Manage the department's budget (ownership of the A&I and PR marketing spend – full ownership: strategic allocation on investments, and continuous managing / reconciling to ensure you are effectively fueling your activations)

 

MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Manage organic media relations (gifted and earned media / A&I campaigns)
  • Manage public relations: local spokespersons and advocates
  • Manage ambassador relations – contract negotiation, execution, and implementation – full ownership of the entire process with ambassadors
  • Establish media mapping: identify key people in strategic media with PR Agency

 

EVENT AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Develop event concepts aligned with brand image
  • Manager event production with agencies and suppliers
  • Develop and nurture relationship with key content creators and HCP influencers in Canadian market

 

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

  • Work collaboratively with A&I specialist 
  • Grow the A&I talents of tomorrow
