Join us as an Administrative Assistant supporting Selective Distribution Agreements (SDA) — you’ll be the organisational backbone ensuring our luxury brands’ exclusivity through precise data management, flawless contract administration in Ironclad, and reliable, on-time delivery of project tasks that keep SDA rollouts running smoothly.
A Day in the Life:
You report to the SDA Project Manager and work closely with the Master Data Business Relationship Manager to administratively deliver Selective Distribution Agreement rollouts that protect our luxury brands’ exclusivity. You are the organisational backbone of the SDA process — issuing and tracking contracts in Ironclad, maintaining an accurate retail-estate database, preparing training/upskilling materials, generating timely reports, and liaising with Commercial and Retail stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support for SDA Rollouts: Assist the SDA Project Manager with the administrative aspects of Selective Distribution Agreement rollouts. This involves This involves utilising Iron Clad (a system used by the Master Data team) to issue SDAs to retailers, by meticulously entering and tracking the progress of contracts in the system.
• Documentation and Database Management: Ensure the accuracy of the database that tracks the retail estate of luxury brands by performing regular and precise data entry. Manage a centralised filing system for all SDAs, including data entry for new agreements and updates.
• Training and Upskilling Assistance: Assist in the preparation and coordination of materials for training and upskilling sessions on SDA processes for Commercial and Retail teams.
• Administrative Project Support: Provide general administrative support for SDA-related projects and initiatives as directed by the SDA Project Manager, often involving data input and report generation from various systems.

You thrive under tight deadlines, consistently delivering precise work while managing competing priorities.
Fast to learn new systems and processes, you adapt quickly, take initiative, and work autonomously to keep projects moving.
You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with Commercial, Retail and Master Data stakeholders — and a formal degree isn’t required; equivalent administrative experience and a strong track record in database management and high-volume data entry will make you successful in this role.
