A Day in the Life
As a Packaging Intern in our Qualification Lab, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Packaging Qualification team in Clark, NJ, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer quality, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions.  

Here’s what you’ll be working on:  

• Testing & Evaluation: Assist in filling, testing, and evaluating new packaging for product launches.  
• Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to projects that align with L’Oréal’s sustainability goals.  
• Problem Solving: Support the resolution of operational challenges and identify viable packaging alternatives.  
• Value Analysis: Participate in cost-saving initiatives and value analysis projects. 
• New Launches: Represent technical packaging tasks in the new launch process.

We Are Looking For
You’re a great match for this role if you:  

• Are pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering (or a related field).  
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.2 and prior internship or co-op experience (a plus).  
• Possess strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.  
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks effectively.  
• Are authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
