We have a suitable opening in the function of Sales Development/Administration for the position of Executive – Sales Planning for Consumer Products Division. The candidate should have 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the FMCG / related organizations. Candidates strong in data management and analysis are suitable for the role. The location of the job will be Gurgaon. The details of the same are given below:
Key Deliverables:
- Monthly analysis of key sales data across different cuts of SKU/retailer/ASM/channel level
- MIS and Business Analytics – Publishing of standardized data and reports to key stakeholders with detailed analysis and recommendations
- Tracking of monthly key priorities and working with all stakeholders to ensure priorities are met.
- Manage and maintain data repositories including Secondary Dumps, Infrastructure Data (PSR & SSR Management), and other critical data points.
- Prepare ASM BDE PSR Incentive and Reward and Recognition programs.
- Oversee Master Retailer Level Data – Retail, Selective Wholesale and Nascent.
- Post Payout Working for Loyalty Programs and Activations
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for sales force management, including but not limited to YOMA and Teamlease.

- A planning mindset to understand and implement the science and art of sales planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance and drive insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of systems and processes
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in data mining and the ability to present complex data in an accessible and informative manner is required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including the use of complex functions, and MS PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards using Power BI is a must.
- Familiarity with Power Query, Data Modelling and proficiency in DAX functions are important for the role.
