What You Will Learn:
12-Month Intern has the responsibility to effectively support the LEVEL team on the execution of LEVEL Loyalty social media planning, marketing support and communication initiatives. In this role, the intern will lead the content development for social media and the coordination of brand related website, SMS and CRM marketing content support. As the primary focus of LEVEL is to drive education initiatives, the JMA will need to work closely with brand education teams and artist influencers.
- Social Media Management: Responsible for the development and implementation of social content calendar
- Marketing Support: Work closely with LEVEL marketing team maintaining the marketing promotional calendar and execution of CRM campaigns in line with LEVEL and PPD brand initiatives
- Internal Communications: Execute communications plan with internal stakeholders including managing information on the digital sales aid as well as the internal sales chatter page in SalesForce
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Must have received a bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months.
- Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to adhere to budgets, for all activity and T&E
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint (required)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to travel moderately (minimum 15%)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of activity, with adaptability to changing demands
- Ability to be flexible and accept change and be a team player
