CONTEXT:

Join the strategic CSR program of the L'Oréal Group, "L'Oréal For the Future" (L4TF), which engages strategic suppliers across sourcing domains and global zones. Our commitments are numerous and inspiring: decarbonization, biodiversity, resource management, social impact, water preservation, and much more.

You will be part of the Global Sustainable Sourcing team, supporting engagement, communication, and upskilling initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating high-impact educational content, managing strategic events and projects, and animating our global network across Zones and Divisions. You will work in an international environment, interacting with sourcing teams, a network of relays across global zones, external agencies, and our strategic suppliers.

MAIN MISSIONS:

As a Junior Sourcing Apprentice, you will contribute to the structuration of the Sustainable Sourcing Engagement program and animate its associated projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing high-impact content to upskill Buyers and Suppliers:

• Produce creative and educational content on sustainability priorities such as decarbonization, nature and water management, regenerative agriculture, human rights, etc., in collaboration with our experts;
• Simplify complex sustainability messages to make them actionable and impactful for sourcing teams and strategic suppliers;
• Ensure content updates on digital platforms and collaborative spaces, including managing the user community and maintaining the relationship with the platform editor (YUMANA).

Contributing to the organization of our strategic event with suppliers — "Spread the Green Vibes":

• Anticipate and structure the project end-to-end;
• Develop and maintain planning, manage communication and stakeholder relationships;
• Coordinate with external agencies and L'Oréal experts to ensure delivery of content and events;
• Contribute to workshops and collaborative sessions organized within the team.

Animating our Network of Excellence across Zones and Divisions:

• Update the global calendar of sustainable sourcing events;
• Draft engagement guidelines and share feedback and best practices;
• Manage communication and relationships with relay networks across global zones and sourcing domains;
• Manage projects related to these missions with external agencies and L'Oréal experts.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate student who is eager to contribute to sustainability and communication challenges. Skills and qualities expected:

• Student in engineering or business school with a specialization in Sourcing or Sustainability;
• Strong interest in sustainability and communication;
• Ability to manage projects with multicultural stakeholders — structure, anticipate, and deliver;
• Proactive and autonomous mindset;
• Communication skills:
  • Impactful: Ability to simplify complex messages and make them actionable;
  • Collaborative: Ability to connect people and foster cooperation;
• Fluent in English.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

A 30-minute interview with a recruiter will allow you to present your personality and explore the opportunities that match your profile.
