Our E-Commerce/Retail  team has a mission of creating value to PPD and increasing our market share by seizing opportunities in E-commerce/Retail to maximise recruitment of new consumers to PPD brands.


As an O+O Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • General O+O Responsibilities:
    • Leading annual agreement negotiations with partners.
    • Identifying growth trends and opportunities, and implementing action plans.
    • Developing business plans, KPIs (sell-out, turnover, market share), and targets.
    • Defining and implementing go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams.
    • Preparing and executing activation plans in collaboration with brands.
    • Maximizing the efficiency of customer investments (media, sampling, promotions).
    • Supporting online account growth through site optimization and UX/UI improvements.
    • Managing sales events.
    • Analyzing client data to track performance, identify opportunities, and address weaknesses.
    • Managing sales and KAM responsibilities (forecasting, new product listings, order management, etc.).
    • Preparing and presenting performance reports and market insights.
    • Providing exceptional customer service and acting as the key point of contact.
    • Contributing best practices to the European e-commerce PPD community.


  • Premium Retail Specific Responsibilities:
    • Developing and executing the offline strategy for premium retail partners in close collaboration with the Retail Activation Manager.
    • Conducting regular field reporting and store optimization.
    • Implementing retail activations developed with the Retail Activation Manager.
    • Performing competitor analysis.
    • Leading new store openings in collaboration with the Retail Activation Manager.


You are an ideal candidate if you have/are:

  • University degree, 2+ years of sales experience (FMCG, E-commerce, or KAM preferred)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong collaboration and sales/negotiation skills
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • E-commerce expertise
  • Growth mindset
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
