[L'oreal Korea] Lancome - Retail & Education Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Improve our sell-out in line with Brand/ distribution channel strategy by training and developing Beauty Adviser mainly at POS on brand, product, service, and retail competencies. Fostering POS efficiency in collaboration with sell-out management teams.
- Rolls out global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff member in cooperation with the retail business manager or retail director/Head of Retail and Area Manager, which can include 1:1, digital, and POS training
- Develop beauty adviser knowledge and competencies in one-to-one using coaching approaches
- Supports new BAs in the onboarding phase
- Animates a community of BA to foster learning
- Participates in learning material /tools design and adaptation
- Impersonates and transmits the values of the brand and service attitude
- Stays up to date with competition knowledge ( products, learning methods, services, innovations)
- Master POS system, system affinity, and experience
- Contributes to sell out & retail efficiency
- Follows up ROI of learning actions vs sell out and build on ongoing improvement
- Monitors budgets.
- Directly contributes to the POS selling activity during peak periods
- Contributes to improving sell-out, providing regular feedback to Retail management teams

QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Min. Diploma/AAS degree (초대졸 이상)
- Years of experience: Min 8~10 years of retail management experience (Beauty industry preferred)
- Specific Career Experience
- 스킨케어와 메이크업이 있는 뷰티 브랜드 총 경력 10년 이상
- 직원관리 경험 우대
- 백화점 관리업무 경험 우대
- Language: Intermediate level in English beneficial (Not mandatory, but please keep in mind that L'Oreal is a Multinational company)
- Other Skills: MS Office program (Excel, PPT, etc.)
