The Role:
As a Senior Brand Controller (m/f/d), you lead the financial management with P&L responsibility to ensure market success. You steer budgeting, advise the ManCom on ROI, and minimize risks. You develop your team and stakeholders to secure financial excellence and growth.
Your tasks:
- Financial Management: You are responsible for the financial management of the Business Unit, including the full P&L, in alignment with brand and divisional goals.
- Strategic Planning: You manage budget and trend processes, analyze the business, and derive sound recommendations for future actions.
- Business Partnering: You advise the Brand ManCom on business decisions to maximize ROI, thereby ensuring long-term market success.
- Risk Management: You anticipate risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with the highest group standards and efficient control processes.
- Team Leadership: You build and motivate your team, promoting individual development through targeted coaching and continuous training.
Your Profile:
- At least 5 years of professional experience and a completed degree in Controlling.
- Very good knowledge of German, English, and Excel.
- Analytical strength & focus on processes.
- Experienced in project management.
- High level of cooperation skills & drive.
