A Day in the Life
As the Property Coordinator, you will be the operational anchor of our Property team, playing a critical role in the administrative excellence of the L’Oréal Luxe retail portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting into the Property team, you will ensure the seamless lifecycle management of our iconic boutiques and counters.
- Financial & Lease Administration: You will manage the entire monthly rent payment process, ensuring all occupancy costs are validated and paid on time. You will also coordinate the execution and registration of lease documentation with our legal team.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: You will take ownership of maintaining our Global Property Database with absolute accuracy, compile data for investment analysis, and prepare key leasing reports for leadership.
- Operational Support: You will be a key liaison for new store openings, managing administrative requirements and ensuring clear communication between Store Design, brand teams, and landlord partners. You will also support our brand teams with day-to-day store maintenance issues.
- Market Intelligence: You will conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends, competitor movements, and prime potential locations to support our growth strategy.

- Financial Acumen: Experience with commercial leases and financial processes like rent validation and payment cycles.
- Project Management: The ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines, from lease execution to new store openings.
- Data Management & Analytics: High competence in using property database systems and Excel to maintain data accuracy and create insightful reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams (Brand, Finance, Legal) and external landlord partners.
- Organizational & Planning Skills: Outstanding ability to manage multiple trackers, timelines, and administrative tasks with precision.
