Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager! 


A Day In The Life of a MAE:

As a Medical Account Executive for SkinCeuticals, you will be the key link between the brand and clinics and dermatological centers in Monterrey. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will collaborate transversally with the Commercial team. This role will allow you to work in the field, building strategic relationships and ensuring the brand’s growth in the medical market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Key account management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics and dermatological centers.
  • Sales strategy: Implement business plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Customer focus: Ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with SkinCeuticals’ values.
  • Negotiation: Identify business opportunities and close strategic deals.


 

Who You Are:

  • University graduated.
  • You have Between 1-2 years of experience.
  • A completed bachelor’s degree.
  • Availability for fieldwork.
  • Skills in key account management, negotiation, customer focus, and sales strategy development.
  • Passion for the medical and dermatological sector (a plus).
