Job Title: Brand General Manager, L'Oréal Professionnel / Professional Products Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

 

You will lead L’Oréal Professionnel in Korea, reporting into PPD country leadership, owning the brand P&L and leading a cross‑functional team across marketing, commercial and digital. You will:

 

  • Define & execute local brand strategy aligned with global vision; lead launches, renovations and positioning.
  • Author and make executive presentations on your vision, strategy, and plans to grow the brand
  • Own P&L, budgeting, inventory & profitability levers; deliver top‑line growth and margin.
  • Drive omni‑channel commercial strategy: salon partnerships, distributor relations and accelerated e‑commerce performance.
  • Translate consumer insight & data into activation, digital campaigns and KPI‑driven ROI measurement.
  • Manage Influencer network both pros and consumers to drive advocacy
  • Build high performing teams, by coaching, mentoring, and ensuring knowledge transfer and organizational agility.

 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

You are a senior leader with solid FMCG or beauty experience who can scale a prestige salon brand into D2C commerce. Required:

 

  • Brand Strategy & P&L ownership
  • Omni‑channel commercial & e‑commerce expertise
  • Strong leadership and talent development skills
  • Data‑driven marketing and insight translation
  • Fluent Korean & English; Above Bachelor’s degree; more than 17+ years’ experience
