KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To develop the brand through retail education strategy
  • Define the Retail Education strategy in line with brand strategy and objectives. 
  • Ensure universal brand message. Ensure that value created for customers and sales force is transmitted to countries for new launch and development from DMI . 
  • Advise regional and country teams to define and implement retail education program and actions. 
  • Foster MSP strategy, implementation and result worldwide for the brand 
  • Animate and develop country education teams on their expertise and know-how 
  • Share best practices within the world 
  • Brand & Product Knowledge 
  • Business Sense and Analytical Skills
