A Day In The Life:
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll report to the HR Director and lead a small but impactful team, including a Human Resources Coordinator. You’ll work closely with business leaders across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and driving people strategies that align with business goals.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, and retention to build high-performing teams.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws.
- Change Management: Support organizational transformation by driving engagement and aligning people strategies with business priorities.
- HR Operations: Oversee HRIS systems and ensure operational excellence in all HR processes.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Are fluent in English and a native or advanced Spanish speaker.
- Bring expertise in HRIS systems, Mexican labor laws, and talent acquisition.
- Excel in strategic thinking, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Are a collaborative leader with a passion for working closely with diverse teams.
