A Day in the Life You will be the HR Business Partner - Retail for L’Oréal Luxe in Taipei, reporting to the HR Director, HRBP LUXE & Retail. As an individual contributor embedded with local retail teams, you enable store operations, field retail performance, talent & learning initiatives and retail transformation.

  • People & Talent: design workforce plans, oversee retail recruitment, drive talent reviews and succession for store and field roles.
  • Learning & Development: partner with Trainer/L&D to deliver retail learning, coaching for managers, onboarding and career paths.
  • Business Partnering & Operations: advise Retail Operations and Store Managers on performance, comp & rewards, role design and operational HR matters.
  • Change & Transformation: lead HR initiatives for retail transformation projects, pilot new ways of working and measure people impact.

 

We Are Looking For You are a pragmatic HR partner who supports commercial teams and translates business needs into HR actions. Business-fluent Mandarin and English are essential. Core skills:
