The Role…

As a eCommerce and Digital Director you will accelerate the digital transformation of CPD by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the consumer experience, drive business growth and foster a culture of data centricity, while ensuring alignment with the overall L’Oréal Digital Strategy. 

Reporting to CPD General Manager your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

 
  
Media Focus

  • Define and drive the overall Division media strategy based on CDMO and division zone frame, including media guidelines, knowledge of partnerships, media conditions, innovation for media magic 
  • Execution of all full funnel media campaigns including Search, retail media and boosted advocacy 
  • Work closely with Commercial for eRetailer JBP, Hero SKU strategy, and Retail (O+O) media tech maximization 

Advocacy & Influence (A&I) Focus

  • Advocacy Leadership: Develop, govern, and evaluate advocacy partnerships to ensure a positive impact on our business.
  • Oversee and drive operational excellence to secure alignment in Golden rules and compliance with group guidelines while driving ROI mindset and data driven decision making

Digital Acculturation & Upskilling 

  • Build strong local digital-first culture for CPD & own the local digital upskilling plan.
      

About you… 

  • Very Experienced in with focus on Digital/eCom/Marketing  
  • Strong skills and experience in content marketing, advocacy, media and digital. 
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Experience in setting the local digital strategy & acceleration roadmap
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, fostering fast & effective collaboration between all functions
