A Day in the Life
As a Customer Care Specialist for our Luxe Division, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to our eCommerce customers across all Luxe brands. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager and working within a collaborative team, you’ll also partner with cross-functional teams like commercial Luxe Team, but also with Shipping and Logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: 

  • Customer Support Excellence: Handle customer inquiries via email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. 
  • Order Management: Oversee order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with eCommerce, marketing, and supply chain teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall experience. 
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to improving customer care processes and tools, leveraging SAP where applicable.


We Are Looking For
 You’ll thrive in this role if you: 

  • Have a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service with empathy and patience.
  • Are able to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive atmosphere. 
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both Romanian and English. 
  • Are proficient with digital tools and have experience with SAP (nice to have). 
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
