The Dermatological Beauty Division is the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.
Key responsibilities:
- Perfect execution of marketing, sales and medical strategies with close co-operations with Hub Marketing Teams, Business Development Team and Medical & Training Team;
- Negotiate the contract with customers in line with go-to-market strategy for Baltics Countries and participate in yearly budget planning process;
- Perform regular analysis needed to make right business choices like
- sales monitoring and forecasting,
- profitability,
- trade activities performance,
- competition monitoring,
- execution level monitoring in POS;
- Manage and develop the Medsales Field Representative (who is raporting directly to Country Coordinator) to maintain his high effectiveness and engagement;
- Represent the brand/the Division at local congresses, medical events and ensure they are followed up.
Our expectatiosn:
- Strong commercial experience, great negotiating skills and strategic approach.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationship with our key customers.
- Ability to work a lot with numbers.
- Former Key Account Manager, Category Manager or similar role experience will be an asset.
- Full business proficiency in Estonian and English.
- Experience in managing the team will be a plus.
- Experience in FMCG industry will be a plus.
