Senior Product Manager (Vichy) (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our Dermatological Beauty Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of Senior Product Manager requires motivated, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Collecting and analyzing consumer and marketing insights to make recommendations to management.
- Implementing new launches, maintaining growth in pillar products and animating core catalogue.
- Proposing and monitoring marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experience.
- Adapting communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) and tailoring messaging to resonate with target audiences.
- Mobilizing and working with other departments (sales, logistic, education) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy and meet the deadlines.
- Making recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc).
- Managing PPP budgets and ensuring sales forecast accuracy.
- Preparing and delivering clear, concise presentations and reports to senior management.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Has 5+ years of experience in similar fields
- Has a consumer centric mindset
- Is analytical and detail oriented
- Has excellent organizational, planning and follow up skills
- Has strong communicational and interpersonal skills
- Can work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
- Is skilled in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Works with responsibility and autonomy
- Fluent in English and Croatian language
