Sales Administration Intern (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be the part of our L’Oréal Luxury Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. A student position of Sales Intern requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for administrative support in a form of:
- Managing and processing credit note requests from pharmacies and close collaboration with controlling.
- Creating purchase orders and work cycle tracking for division/sales, administrating My Contract, and creating vendors.
- Coordinating and executing code opening processes (NENSI, PLV…).
- Organizing and coordinating division meetings.
- Supporting sales team with presale and sale order processing and SQ creation.
- Providing operational support for the various teams and fulfilling data requests from to distributors and pharmacies.
- Providing occasional support for e-commerce team to ensure data accuracy and integrity, contributing to project success and insightful data analysis.

- Entry level profile with interest for sales
- Has active student rights
- Is data oriented and has strong analytical skills
- Is flexible and a team player
- Can clearly convey the message in communication with various internal & external stakeholders
- Has great organizational and prioritization skills
- Is skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Works with responsibility and autonomy
- Experience with working in SAP is an advantage
- Is fluent in English and Croatian language
