We’re looking for a supply chain manager who will work across all SAPMENA markets scope (10+ affiliates) for LDB & PPD divisions, strongly collaborating with global, zone, and country partners

Key Job Accountabilities 

  • Develop and enhance monthly KPI reporting, including proactively identifying and influencing short term and mid-term supply chain risks across markets (service rate, OLA/ISA, inventory days, SIT)
  • Analyze forecasts at country, brand, category & SKU level as needed to derive YoY, MoM, YTD/YTG, vs Budget/Trend insights & drive right construction on heroes, launches, and baseline through division specific engagement channels
  • Exchange with the S&OP, IDC, & country supply chain teams on confirmation/shipment rates and other operational metrics to work on risk mitigation options 
  • Execute operational rollout of PPD & LDB brand launches, expansions, and localizations. Ensure supply chain readiness by coordinating forecasts, stock availability between global, zone and country teams
  • Ensure regulatory related compliance together with global and zone cross functional teams, not limited to regulatory, product development, and supply chain 
  • Identify & implement best practices such as launch forecasting, business planning, SISOSIT integration through support of global/zone divisions & Network of excellence stakeholders

 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 6+ years work experience in demand & supply planning, preferably regional roles 
  • Eye for detail, analytical and enjoys problem solving – proficient Excel skills, hands on experience with Power BI
  • Strong ability to co-create solutions with cross-functional partners and ensure seamless rollout at the zone/country level
  • Able to manage complexity in a fast-paced environment
