A Day in the Life Based in our Melbourne head office, you will report to the Key Account Supply Chain Manager, acting as the vital link to deliver exceptional service and optimize end-to-end supply chain efficiencies.

• Customer Collaboration: Act as the primary operational contact, aligning demand on promotions, launches, and stock availability.
• Order & Risk Management: Track order execution, identify supply risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Performance Analytics: Generate scorecards (OOS, service levels) and analyze root causes of shortages to drive continuous improvement.
