What You Will Do:
Develops skincare category strategy and influences brand-led activities to ensure cohesive customer experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Consolidate brand visions into a single, unified category strategy
- Influence brand innovation priorities to ensure alignment with broader category strategy
- Oversee marketing calendar development to ensure balanced category approach that is representative of individual brand visions
- Mediate competing brand priorities through GTM planning and in-year review processes
Provide Input to:
- Brand activation – Category lead develops category strategy to guide development of customer GTM plans (e.g., activation calendars)
- Category development – Category lead develops category strategy to guide development of customer GTM plans (e.g., sell-through targets)

Salary Range: $172,400-$250,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
