1. POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Job Purpose: Lead the medical field team to promote LDB products to Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in assigned regions. This role focuses on driving prescription share through scientific detailing, managing regional performance metrics, and building strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES

A. Medical Detailing & Strategy

  • Strategic Execution: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies, including precise targeting, segmentation, and detailing frequency for HCPs.
  • Scientific Promotion: Visit targeted doctors to present the brand’s technical and scientific characteristics, aiming to increase prescription share and implement cycle plans.
  • Omni-channel Engagement: Promote the brand’s added value through integrated omni-channel engagement strategies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality interactions (1:1 or group presentations) through consistent supervision and field coaching.
  • Event Representation: Represent the brand at medical congresses and ongoing medical training sessions, ensuring robust follow-up with top HCPs.
  • Veeva Management: Monitor and evaluate visit progress and call quality via the Veeva system to ensure call plan excellence and propose corrective action plans.
  • Ethics & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals.

B. Medical Dispensing & Performance Management

  • KPI Accountability: Responsible for all Medical Performance Metrics in assigned regions, including target coverage, visit frequency, and product cycles.
  • Sales Performance: Accountable for "Sales Out" performance within assigned channels.
  • Tender Management: Identify hospital tender opportunities and lead the tender process to ensure product availability.
  • Sector Analysis: Analyze the sector and competition to propose action plans that improve Return on Investment (ROI).

C. HCP Partnership & Collaboration

  • KOL Engagement: Identify top HCPs in the area and develop customized engagement programs, including visit frequency and scientific activities.
  • Cross-functional Synergy: Work closely with Marketing, Medical Detailing, External Communications, and Digital teams to ensure "On Time In Full" (OTIF) activity deployment.

D. Team Leadership & Development

  • People Management: Manage, train, and lead a team of Medical Representatives to ensure consistent, high-quality sales calls and deep product knowledge.
  • Field Coaching: Conduct field visits to provide real-time feedback on detailing techniques and compliance with medical ethical guidelines.
  • Talent Growth: Lead team upskilling initiatives and participate in the recruitment of new medical talent.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: University Degree in Pharmacy or Dermatology (Mandatory).
  • Experience:
    • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Detailing Manager, Area Manager, or OTC Manager in a pharmaceutical company.
    • Prior experience/knowledge in Skincare and Aesthetic medicine is a significant advantage.
  • Network: Proven relationships with KOLs, Hospital Directors, and Heads of Hospital Pharmacies in Dermatology and Aesthetics is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep understanding of regulatory constraints and medical ethics.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (Veeva experience preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Result-oriented with a "decide and get things done" mindset.
    • Persuasive and effective communication skills.
    • Customer-service minded with strong coaching and motivational skills.
  • Integrity: Ability to act according to L’Oréal Vietnam (LVN) principles and sustainability of compliance programs.
