A Day in the Life
As a Team Lead in our Dallas Distribution Center, you will report to the Operations Supervisor and play a key role in our Physical Flows team. You will be at the heart of our operations, guiding your team to ensure the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders, making a direct impact on our ability to deliver beauty to the world.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Oversee daily order processing operations (receiving, picking, or fulfillment) and be responsible for training new team members on safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure the correct selection of products, troubleshoot and reconcile inventory issues, and maintain accurate records to support seamless warehouse operations.
- Champion a Safe & Orderly Environment: Uphold and model L'Oréal's high safety standards, ensuring your team operates in a clean, secure, and organized workspace.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with the leadership team to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the distribution center runs efficiently to meet and exceed customer expectations.
