• Product Launches: You will support the execution of 360° activation plans for New Product (NPD), coordinating across digital, influencer, and in-store touchpoints.
• Forecasting & Analysis: You will assist in preparing sales forecasts, monitoring sell-out data, and analyzing campaign ROI to identify key growth opportunities.

• Campaign Execution: You will assist the Product Manager with new product launches and support the Activation & Social Manager in creating digital assets and executing campaigns.
• Social Media Management: You will be responsible for our brand's social content—from planning and development to execution and performance tracking (Share of Influence).
• TikTok Strategy: You will help develop brand initiatives for TikTok, focusing on achieving KPIs for both brand engagement and conversion.

As a Marketing Intern for Vichy/SkinCeuticals, you will be immersed in the world of dermo-cosmetics, supporting two leading brands recommended by healthcare professionals. You will act as a "mini-brand manager," taking initiative to drive our 360° marketing plans.
• Brand Operations: You will support the execution of comprehensive marketing plans, including product launches, media campaigns, and point-of-sale animations.
• Market Analysis: You will monitor brand performance and competitor activities using tools like Power BI, providing actionable recommendations based on your insights.
• Digital & Social Media: You will help manage social media content, support our influencer marketing plan, and ensure a strong connection between our online and offline marketing campaigns.
Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for motivated and creative individuals with a strong desire to build a career in marketing. You are a great fit if you have:
• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (in both English and Thai).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• The flexibility and agility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus; past internships in marketing, e-commerce, or data-related roles are highly valued.
