Who am I?
As a Subcontracting Manager, you are the orchestrator of our (co-packed)product availability, ensuring a seamless flow of co-packed goods to market. This requires close collaboration with the Business stakeholders to align co-packing operations with market demands and customer needs, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Your role is pivotal in optimizing costs and elevating stock quality, driving operational excellence throughout the supply chain. This demands a highly organized, structured, and hands-on approach, coupled with comprehensive supply chain expertise and a collaborative mindset. You are an agile and strategic thinker, comfortable analyzing complex situations, challenging established processes, and driving continuous improvement within our co-packing processes. You are, in essence, the driving force behind efficient, high-quality, and customer-focused co-packing operations, playing a key role in our overall success.
My responsibilities:
- Manage Co-packing: Oversee all co-packing activities, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor co-packer performance, stock levels, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong co-packer relationships, ensuring compliance with L'Oréal standards. Cooperate with Marketing, Commercial & Medical teams.
- Improve Process: Identify and optimize processes, onboard, and enhance information systems.
- Integrate S&OP: Align co-packing with sales & operations planning.
- Analyze & Report: Track KPIs and provide data-driven insights. Automation of Data is key for efficiency.
- Support with building the budgeted cost.
Your profile

The successful candidate must be highly organized, structured, and hands-on with all-round supply chain knowledge. We seek a candidate who is cooperative, agile, strategic, and analytical, with a proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven affinity with the field 'Supply Chain'; preferably experience within FMCG
- Command of the Dutch or English language in word and writing;
- Agile, stress resistant and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates expertise in production planning, inventory control, and logistics management.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. With the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Positive attitude, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
