As our Lead for Talent Acquisition Program & Transformation, you will be a key driver of innovation for our recruitment ecosystem across the dynamic North Asia zone. Acting as a vital bridge between our global headquarters in France and local markets (Japan, Korea, Mainland China, Taiwan), you will lead high-impact projects that shape the future of how we attract and hire top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Strategic TA Programs: You will orchestrate the deployment of key global initiatives across North Asia, such as our "License to Hire" manager upskilling program, and projects dedicated to fostering more inclusive recruitment practices.
- Pioneer Future-Forward Transformation: You will be at the forefront of our TA evolution, exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies. This includes leveraging AI for smarter sourcing, creating hyper-personalized candidate journeys, and championing skills-based hiring platforms to modernize our approach.
- Bridge Global and Local: You will ensure seamless collaboration and alignment between global strategy from France and local execution in the markets, translating global frameworks into locally relevant and impactful actions.
- Drive Innovation and Efficiency: You will constantly challenge the status quo, identifying opportunities to innovate and optimize our talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring quality.

Core skills required:
- Highly experienced in talent acquisition program management or HR transformation, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Proven ability in Project Management, leading complex, multi-market initiatives from start to finish.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across global and local teams.
- Deep expertise in Transformation, with a keen interest in emerging HR technologies and AI.
