This position will be responsible for instrumental/clinical evaluation projects management including design, plan and communication in support of research and claims. This role will develop new methods and explore knowledge to address critical needs and further build consumer understanding based on business strategy and global trends, etc. 

Key accountabilities:

•  The candidate needs to have extensive experiences on method and claim innovation

•  Able to create new visualizations, and come up with novel angles on result interpretation

•  Holds knowledge and skill on AI tools/applications, able to explore on using AI tool to replace real life studies and tests 

•  Conducting data analysis according to appropriate statistical methods. Consolidating previous studies and run data deep diving to better understand formula, market properties and consumer perceptions

•  Collaborating with external partners, develop and optimize digital tools for efficient and accurate measurement on clinical studies

Daily activities:

• Independently attend the project brief meeting, plan and align the key elements of project with partners

• Independently design, plan and execute instrumental/clinical efficacy study based on test brief with compliance to ethic and local regulation. Analyze result to find product strength or optimizing opportunity, and brief to project team

• Interpret study result and research findings based on biological knowledge and expertise

• Collaborate with project manager, formulation, regulation and marketing teams to promote internal knowledge to consumer and create relevant claims

Requirements:

• Master degree or above in a major of Biology, Pharmacy, medical image, material science, Physics, chemistry, Data and AI etc

• Fresh graduate is welcomed if with strong AI background,

• 2+ years’ experience in product evaluation or cosmetic industry if with regular profile

• Fluent Chinese and English in both verbal and written

• Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, ppt) Macro, Image analysis is a plus

• Strong presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese for internal stakeholders sharing, international clinical team discussing.

• Good projects management skills, ability to lead and manage multiple complicated projects with cross science and cross hubs. 

• Act with a growth mindset, with innovative and problem-solving attitude. 

• Familiar with statistical analysis, like t-test. 

• Strong Biological knowledge and skin aging knowledge is preferred 

• If having strengths on one of following, is a plus: Optical, Software, algorithm.
