Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Performance for NYX Professional Makeup. This pivotal role will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain efficiency by developing and executing Next Gen Tools and Processes. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for consolidating Global Performance Metrics and work with cross functional operations teams to coordinate new projects to streamline and simplify our supply chain. You will act as a critical link between various internal teams, including Global Marketing, Supply Planning, Physical Distribution, Demand Planning, and Manufacturing, to support teams with informed E2E processes, clear decision-making, and enhance overall supply chain performance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance& Insights Generation:
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex supply chain metrics(e.g., sales forecasts, inventory levels, order patterns, logistics metrics, supplier performance).
- Develop and maintain robust, performance, models and tools to identify trends, forecast demand accurately, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Translate findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for supply chain optimization, risk mitigation, and cost reduction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as the primary performance expert for supply chain discussions.
- Build strong relationships with internal contacts across diverse functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Global Supply Chain) to foster a collaborative environment.
- Monthly communication of Supply Chain KPIs and Sales Performance to the full organization.
- Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives:
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance supply chain processes, from forecasting accuracy to delivery efficiency, leveraging data, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic projects designed to improve overall supply chain resilience and responsiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum of2-4years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or a Manufacturing environment, preferably within the Consumer Goods (CPG) or Beauty industry.
- Proven expertise in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to manage and synthesize large, dynamic datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) is essential.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success influencing, persuasion, and negotiation.
- Sound professional judgment and decision-making capabilities.
Salary Range: 77k-110k + Bonus
