Division: Professional Products Division (PPD)

Location: Nexus Building, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 

JOB OVERVIEW

As the Social Advocacy & Community Manager for the Professional Products Division (PPD), you will be the strategic lead in building brand love and advocacy. You will bridge the gap between our professional salon brands and consumers through high-impact Influencer Marketing and dynamic Social Community management. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, relationship building, and data-driven optimization.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Influencer Marketing Development & Management (70%)

  • Strategy & Execution: Build the comprehensive Influencer Marketing strategy for the Professional Products Division. Partner with agencies and internal brand teams to plan and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture direct relationships with key influencers to build long-term brand advocacy.
  • Network Expansion: Continuously identify, recruit, and expand the influencer network to drive awareness and engagement across diverse consumer tribes (hair care, styling, professional beauty).
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor real-time online and social performance of influencers. Manage budgets and optimize cost efficiency (ROI/CPE) across all activities.
  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure 100% compliance in all collaborations, including Data Privacy, Social Media Content Consent, and adherence to the L'Oréal Group Influencer Policy.
  • Cross-Brand Synergy: Initiate and coordinate influencer engagement activities that benefit multiple brands within the division, maximizing advocacy reach.

2. Social Community Management (30%)

  • Strategic Framework: Define the social strategy, channel direction, and success metrics (Key Performance Indicators - KPIs) for each social platform.
  • Agency Leadership: Lead agency selection processes, design detailed Scopes of Work (SOW), and evaluate agency performance in collaboration with brand marketing teams.
  • Creative Consultancy: Advise brand teams on social content development, ensuring creative ideas are "social-first" and reflect current digital trends.
  • Content Partnerships: Coordinate with brand teams to build strategic content partnerships with external stakeholders, including E-retailers, passion-point communities, and beauty/health partners.

 

REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing, Influencer Management, or Digital Communications.
  • Expertise: Strong Digital Marketing background, with deep knowledge of Social Media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), Video content strategy, Search, and Digital Analytics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Celebs, and Content Creators.
  • Skills: 
    • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills. 
    • Ability to translate data into actionable social insights.
    • High level of agility to adapt to the fast-paced social landscape and strong storytelling/writing skills.
