A Day in the Life:

As a BEST Sourcing Senior Specialist, you will be a key player in our talent acquisition engine, delivering high-volume sourcing support to build strong talent pipelines across the Zone. Reporting to the Sourcing Lead, you will focus on the early-stage recruitment for mass positions, ensuring every candidate has a seamless and positive experience with L'Oréal.

  • Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy: You will manage candidate pipelines within our ATS (Avature), perform data enrichment, and use your sourcing expertise to screen candidates. You'll prepare longlists for our Talent Acquisition teams and monitor internal applications to identify top talent.
  • Talent Attraction: You will publish compelling job advertisements across various sourcing channels, monitoring their performance and visibility to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Data & Process Management: You will meticulously maintain candidate data and records in Avature, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will also manage job requisition approvals, postings, and updates within the system.
  • Candidate Journey Coordination: You will be a central point of contact for the candidate journey, tracking progress, and supporting the scheduling of interviews to ensure an efficient and engaging process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: A proven ability to identify, engage, and screen candidates for high-volume roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in collaborating effectively with Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and HR partners.
  • Data Analysis: Strong ability to manage CRM activities, analyze data for accuracy, and derive insights to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Skills and Talent Assessment: Proficiency in evaluating candidate profiles to match the right talent to the right opportunity.
  • Candidate Experience Management: A dedication to creating a positive and seamless journey for every applicant.
