We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior SG&A Financial Controller (internal title – Senior SG&A Finance Analyst) to play a pivotal role in our continued success driving operational excellence and high-level business partnering.

 
 🔍As Senior SG&A Controller (internal title – Senior SG&A Finance Analyst) you will:

• Collaborate closely with senior management,providingcritical financial insights and shaping strategic financial plans that fuel our growth initiatives.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing, analyzing, and sharing key reports and indicators that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. Provide insightful commentary on KPIs, trends, and variances, painting a clear picture of our financial performance.
• Identifykey risks and opportunities, proactively proposing and implementing corrective actions thatoptimizeour financial outcomes.
• Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, guaranteeing compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies.Be a vigilant guardian against financial risks, identifying and mitigating them effectively.
• Identifyand implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, maximizing ourresourcesand minimizing waste.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, providing your financialexpertiseand supporting fact-based decision-making across the organization.

Do you have what it takes to be a Finance Controller in BEST? We're looking for someone who:

• Embraces Transformation: Is a change agent with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling, eager to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
• Possesses a Solid Foundation:Holds a university degree in Finance & Accounting or/and International Business & Economics, providing the technicalexpertiseto excel in the role.
• Technically Proficient: in Excel and Power Query; knowledgeof SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
