A Day in the Life
As the Senior Product Manager , you will be the guardian and driver of one of our most iconic brands in Egypt. Based in our Cairo office, you will define the local strategy, steer product launches, and create engaging marketing campaigns that connect with our consumers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work at the heart of the business, collaborating with sales, supply chain, and digital teams to ensure the brand's success and growth.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute the annual marketing plan , adapting the global brand vision to the Egyptian market to drive growth and market share.
- Product Launches: Lead the launch of new products from A to Z, from defining the go-to-market strategy to coordinating with all internal teams for a flawless execution.
- Campaign Management: Create and manage innovative 360° marketing campaigns, overseeing everything from creative content development to media planning and post-campaign analysis.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Act as the expert on your consumer and market, analyzing trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify new opportunities for the brand.

We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker who can turn insights into action. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the consumer landscape and a drive to make an impact. - Brand Management: Experience in steering a brand's identity, positioning, and performance in the market.
- Marketing Strategy: Ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Consumer Insights: Proficiency in analyzing consumer behavior and market trends to build effective, consumer-centric strategies.
- Campaign & Content Management: Skill in creating and executing compelling marketing campaigns and managing content across multiple channels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data to evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and make informed business decisions.
