JOB TITLE: Product Development Senior Manager - MENA Skincare

A Day in the Life As our Product Development  Senior Manager for MENA Skincare, reporting to the Lead Skincare SAPMENA, you will be the driving force behind our skincare innovations for the dynamic Middle East and North Africa markets. You will be at the heart of creating products that resonate with our consumers, steering projects from the initial idea to a successful launch.

 • Lead Innovation Projects: You will manage the entire development cycle for new skincare products, ensuring they meet the unique needs and desires of consumers in the MENA region.

 • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will partner with Marketing, Research & Innovation (R&I), and Operations teams to translate consumer insights and market trends into tangible product briefs and successful launches.

 • Ensure Product Excellence: You will oversee project timelines, costs, and quality standards to deliver high-performing products that strengthen our brand portfolio.

 • Become a Market Expert: You will develop a deep understanding of the MENA skincare landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. We Are Looking For We are seeking a strategic and collaborative individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to make a significant impact on our business. 

• An academic background in Engineering and an MBA, with 5–7 years of prior work experience.

 • Demonstrated Consumer Centricity, with a talent for understanding and translating consumer needs into successful products.

 • Excellent Project Management skills, with the ability to lead complex projects from conception to launch. 

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

 • A mindset geared towards Innovation, constantly seeking new ways to create value and excite consumers.

 • Strong experience in Cross-functional Collaboration, building relationships with diverse teams to achieve shared goals.

 • Proven Market & Category Expertise in the beauty or consumer goods sector. What’s In It For You
