A Day in the Life
As our Senior Manager - Consumer Engagement for the Luxe Division, you will lead the charge in shaping our online consumer experience strategy across all digital touchpoints. Reporting within the CGO structure, you will be a key individual contributor, collaborating closely with Brand Managers, Key Account Managers, and Business Development teams to drive our e-commerce success and elevate our luxury brands in the digital space.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Strategize & Drive E-commerce: Define and implement the division's e-commerce and consumer experience strategy, managing the business performance and aligning investment recommendations.
- Optimize Performance Media: Influence brand activation strategies for lower-funnel media, tracking performance across Media, Advocacy & Influence, CRM, and Retail activations to generate actionable insights.
- Lead Media Execution: Oversee the divisional media strategy, manage budget allocations, and execute impactful media campaigns by steering local agency and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work seamlessly with brand teams and global counterparts to optimize activation strategies and provide expert input on retail media negotiations and spend allocations.
We Are Looking For
You are a strategic thinker with a strong creative and aesthetic sense, combined with a drive for operational excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a talent for influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve ambitious goals. We are looking for someone with:
- A solid background in online brand management or digital marketing, ideally within the beauty or luxury goods sector.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce and executing digital media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing abilities to work effectively across functions.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to operate with autonomy.
