Key responsibilities
• P&L Performance & Business Partnering: Monitor line, channel productivity & profitability; drive margin improvement initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to Brand and Sales partners.
• Reporting & Close: Lead commercial monthly close processes and deliver accurate management reporting, trends and dashboards to the Group.
• Planning & Variance Analysis: Build channel-related budgets and forecasts; analyze variances vs. budget and trend; anticipate risks & opportunities and propose mitigation.
• Process & Project Delivery: Manage internal commercial processes (customer allowances, discounts) and lead ad-hoc commercial analyses and controlling projects to improve controls and efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (preferred);
6+ years in finance/controlling (FMCG preferred);
Business-level English and fluent Mandarin;
Strong PowerPoint, financial modelling and reporting skills; result-driven and able to manage complex situations.
