Your Mission 

As the Senior Category Growth Manager, your mission is to drive category growth and development at both retailer and country levels. You’ll identify opportunities, leverage actionable insights, and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategies that fuel success. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of your category. 

Key Job Responsibilities 

  • Define and execute category growth plans aligned with the Nordic Growth Strategy at local market and retailer levels.
  • Develop compelling category growth stories and support joint business plans with top-tier clients.
  • Analyze category performance and gather shopper insights to identify assortment gaps and opportunities.
  • Lead Revenue Growth Management (RGM) projects, including pricing, promo policies, and co-joint analyses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to bring category priorities to life, working closely with Category Development Managers, KAMs, and Commercial teams.
  • Adapt brand HYM decks into locally relevant trade stories and present them to key clients.

You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results. You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have the skills to drive category growth. 

Here’s what you bring: 

  • A relevant university/business school degree and experience in Sales, Category Management, or Marketing within FMCG.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and category growth management.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management, storytelling, and retail strategy definition.
  • Familiarity with RGM techniques, market intelligence, and activation excellence.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language and English.
  • A creative, out-of-the-box mindset and the ability to adapt to change.

We are looking for our new Senior Category Growth Manager to start as soon as possible. This is a 13-months fixed term position.
