JOB TITLE: Senior Brand Manager, Garnier Skincare

A Day in the Life

Reporting directly to the Group Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for Garnier Skincare in Ukraine. You will elevate the brand's market presence and driving sustainable business growth through strategic thinking and strong leadership.

  • Strategic Brand Leadership: You will develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy based on deep market and sales data analysis. This includes managing the budget, ensuring sales forecast accuracy, and presenting performance updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Product & Portfolio Management: You will orchestrate the launch of new products while maintaining growth for our pillar products and animating the core catalogue to ensure a competitive and appealing offering.
  • Campaign & Marketing Excellence: You will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness and delivering insightful post-campaign reports to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with trade marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints. You will also collaborate with creative agencies and provide leadership on cross-functional projects.

The ideal candidate is someone who can turn data into actionable insights and drive projects forward with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are a great fit if you have:

  • Brand Strategy: Ability to develop and implement long-term brand plans that align with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing market research and sales data to inform strategy and campaigns.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and measuring the performance of integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budget management and sales forecasting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams and external partners.
