A Day in the Life
As a Sales Manager in our Professional Products Division, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships with retailers and distributors. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager you’ll lead a multifunctional team to align strategy, ensure commercial excellence, and fuel profitable growth.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, both in-store and online, to drive mutual growth.
- Distributor Management: Oversee distributor operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Revenue Growth Deployment: Drive revenue growth initiatives, anticipate risks and opportunities, and take timely actions to achieve objectives.
- Forecasting & Analytics: Guarantee the quality of offline and online commercial forecasts and implement automated dashboards to track key business KPIs.
- Shopper Insights & Activation: Enhance shopper insight capabilities and lead customer-centric account planning, including category fundamentals, assortment optimization, and planograms.
- Omnichannel Marketing: Lead transversal shopper activations and retailer-specific projects, ensuring excellence in execution across channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with category strategy, CMI, marketing, and supply teams to embed multifunctional ways of working.
We Are Looking For
A results-driven leader with excellent commercial and financial acumen, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- A proven track record of excellence in execution and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for driving growth and delivering impactful results.
