Medical & Pharma Communications Intern - B2B Medical Communications – Vichy (Levallois-Perret)

 

6-month Internship | From January to July 2026 | Paris area | Master 1 or 2 | 1700€ monthly

A Day in the Life 
 
As a Medical & Pharma Communications Intern, you will report to the Pharma & Medical Communication Manager and support the Medical Communications and the Medical Relations team. Over a 6-month internship starting in January 2026, you will translate scientific evidence into clear, strategic B2B assets, support teams with bibliographic research, support congress and brand events, and help animate digital platforms aimed at healthcare professionals.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assets Creation for B2B Communication 
    1. Develop marketing tools for B2B communication (all touchpoints)
    2. Align with marketing innovation and activation team to be aware of the brand priority
  • Scientific Content & Bibliographic Research 
    • Draft and adapt scientific materials (clinical summaries, slides, abstracts).
    • Conduct bibliographic research and evidence synthesis for HCP-facing assets.
  • B2B Strategy & Competitive Intelligence 
    •  Run competitive analyses with a professional-audience lens and synthesize insights.
  • Events & Digital Activation 
    • Support congress and brand-event preparation (scientific materials, logistics, on-site assistance).
    • Assist with B2B digital platform updates and ad-hoc activations.
  • Project & Stakeholder Coordination
    • Coordinate projects, align with cross‑functional and external stakeholders, and support reporting.

We Are Looking For 

Current Master’s student in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences) with complementary business or marketing education/experience. Candidates with a scientific Bachelor’s plus a business/marketing Master’s, or an equivalent combination of scientific and business/marketing knowledge, are also welcome

Languages: High level of English (written & spoken).
