A Day in the Life
As the [SAPMENA] Retail Training Capability Manager for Aesop, you’ll be at the forefront of building retail capability and driving performance across the zone. Reporting to the Aesop Brand General Manager, you’ll partner with our Aesop Training Education and Global Retail Operations teams, responsible for developing the zone’s strategic go to market training frame across our diverse and international SAPMENA Markets. You’ll be responsible for purposefully developing our team’s capability to elevate the customer experience and drive retail performance.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Build Retail Excellence: Partner with the Aesop Global Retail Training & Operations teams to ensure all retail employees are trained and developed to deliver the highest standards of retail practices and processes.
- Optimise learning and performance: Consistently monitors performance data and customer feedback, celebrates successes & proposes solutions to capture opportunity across the zone.
- Upskill Teams: Collaborate with Aesop Market Retail Training and Education Managers to implement learning solutions and upskilling frameworks for Aesop’s existing markets and new distributor markets.
- Foster High-Performance Teams: Provide consistent training, coaching, feedback, and performance recovery to ensure all team members uphold and demonstrate Aesop’s approach to customer experience.
- Drive Operational Efficiency: Lead the engagement and utilization of the global Aesop retail rostering tool, Storeforce, to optimize operations and implement best practices.
- Innovation Driver: Drives the launching and embedding of new products and services through enabling teams’ continuous presence and active participation.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with global teams to identify performance opportunities and implement targeted learning solutions.
