The Role:

  • Retail Media Strategy: Lead the planning, buying, and execution of tactical campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads. • 
  • Campaign Optimization: Maximize effectiveness through precise audience targeting and build sophisticated segments.Ensure precision targeting, for all Retail Media platforms including AMC.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage 1P/2P data for performance reports and to drive ROI. 
  • Test & Learn/AMC: Implement A/B testing methodologies to gain new insights and foster innovation and build sophisticated audience segments and ensure precision targeting, for all Retail Media platforms including AMC
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for seamless integration of retail media efforts.

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience: (Performance) Media experience from an agency/advertiser/publisher. 3+ Years in (Retail) Media Execution is a plus
  • Tools: Expertise in Amazon DSP, AMC, Retail Media Platforms (e.g. Citrus Ads, Criteo)
  • Skills: Excellent excel knowledge, affinity for new technologies, strength in understanding data
  • Working Style: resilient, deadline-oriented, team player, organized, learning agile
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher)
